Not just satisfied with providing an stylish, affordable place to rest up while on the road, the minds behind the Aloft Hotels have returned for their eighth straight year of seeking out and supporting emerging music talent through the Project: Aloft Star competition. This year, Aloft has teamed up with multi-platinum artist (and One Tree Hill soundtrack legend) Gavin DeGraw, who will act as the program's mentor. Unsigned artists are invited to enter the competition by sharing up to two original songs, a brief description, and an artist photo. Don’t sleep for too long though - all entries must be in by September 30th.
Prizes this year include an exclusive mentoring session from Gavin himself, the chance to record your tracks in a pro studio with a renowned producer, and a coaching session with a publicist to help craft your artist story. It all concludes with the chance to perform onstage as part of the 2018 Live At Aloft Hotels Tour.
