According to a new letter released by the woman's attorney, she has decided to no longer pursue legal charges against the rapper, opting to drop her case entirely. The letter details the young woman's immediate call to 911 following the alleged rape, and then the long legal process with moving forward in a rape case. The letter also claims that the woman chose not to come forward due to fear of not being believed, and the online reaction to her accusation.

The full letter can be read here, where it was first published by TMZ.
