LeBron scored the 29,000 points in 32 years and 308 days, while it took Bryant 33 years and 199 days. After Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Wilt Chamberlain, and Dirk Nowitzki, LeBron James is now the seventh basketball player in history to pass the milestone.

James is roughly 9,000 points behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar's record of 38,387 points. According to a report in CBS, if he's able to maintain a career average of around 2,000 points per season, LeBron would be on track to become the all-time leader in points during the 2021-22 season.
