On Monday, Meek Mill was sentenced to two to four years in prison after a Pennsylvania judge ruled that he had violated his probation, despite the fact that neither Meek's parole officer, nor the prosecutors, recommended jail time for the violations. In the wake of the sentence, Meek Mill's attorney spoke out about the judge's alleged misconduct, claiming that she has asked Meek to shout her out on a song and told him to leave Roc Nation to sign with her friend's management company.

Now, a Change.org petition is circulating calling for Pennsylvania governor Tom Wolf to reconsider Meek's sentence. As of this writing, the petition has nearly 200,000 signatures. "This petition is designed to show the amount of people who believe that the punishment was harsh and that him being imprisoned will be a disservice to the youth and community at large," the petition reads.
