Taraji P. Henson has been confirmed for the Mel Gibson role in a new, gender-flipped version of Nancy Meyers’s What Women Want. Set for release in early 2019, What Men Want will see Henson given the dubious pleasure of being able to hear exactly what men are thinking at all times.

Deadline reports that Henson will play a sports agent who is able to read the minds of her male colleagues as they attempt to push her out of the board room. She will use her newfound ability for good, securing a deal with a high profile NBA player for the agency. Girls Trip producers Will Packer and James Lopez are on board and Henson has an executive producer role on the film. What Men Want is released on January 11, 2019.
