Late last year Stranger Things actor Finn Wolfhard, Mike Wheeler on the Netflix show, revealed his band had signed a record deal. Today, March 7, sees the launch of Calpurnia's debut single "City Boy" and it's a lo-fi garage rock banger. The group shares a label, Royal Mountain Records, with Mac DeMarco, Homeshake, Alvvays, PUP, and METZ which should offer some insight into what to expect. Calpurnia is reportedly working on their debut EP with Twin Peaks frontman Cadien Lake James.
