Elon Musk is inspired by Kanye West

It's relatively indisputable that Kanye West is a genius and inspiration, but his talent and influence was given a major cosign by Elon Musk, the man who recently sent a car to space. During a panel at South by SouthWest, Musk was asked who inspired him. He answered simply: "Well, Kanye West, obviously."

Musk showed up somewhat unexpectedly to HBO's Westworld, according to a report by Billboard, and contributed to the discussion about the show, but also to larger concepts like balancing the good and bad parts of life. Watch a clip of Elon Musk declaring Kanye West an inspiration, below.
