Meek Mill has addressed Kanye West's public shift towards far right ideology in a new Instagram post. The Philadelphia rapper, who was released from prison last week after five months of a what many considered to be unfair circumstances, posted a photo of a mock memorial created by New Jersey-based art collective Super Poor Kids for West that read "R.I.P. Old Kanye, we miss you," seen above.

"To whom much is giving much is tested .... get arrested I guess until he get the message.. I feel the pressure under more scrutiny and what I do “act more stupidly,'" he wrote in the caption, quoting West's "Can't Tell Me Nothing. He added, "them bars touched me in my cell!"

Shortly after leaving nearly six-month stay in prison, Meek Mill gave an interview with Lester Holt about the circumstances around his trial and imprisonment and the criminal justice system.
