Discussing an Instagram photo of the two riding bicycles, Young Thug revealed how close they really were. "Man, me and this n***a got each other's names tatted on us," he said. "That's how we feel. It's forever." Young Thug and Future overcame a rivalry to release their collaborative project SUPER SLIMEY in 2017.

Childish Gambino's new song "This Is America" features ad-libs by Young Thug, who also spoke on being included on his upcoming final album. "He told him to come to the [studio]. He said he has a song for me for his last album. I tweeted one time, I was like, 'I bet I be on Gambino's last album.' I'm on his last album, it's crazy. He's really not making music after this."
