Chance The Rapper gives commencement speech and gets honorary doctorates at Dillard University

With graduation season upon us, that means plenty of commencement speeches from our favorite celebs and musicians. At Dillard University in Louisiana today, it looks like the graduating class of 2018 will be getting their commencement speech from Chance the Rapper. This morning, while getting ready for the graduation, Chance jumped on Instagram to let fans know he'd be at the HBCU to speak as well as receive an honorary doctorates.
