Amazon has picked up the Jordan Peele-produced series The Hunt, Deadline reports. Created by David Weil, the 10-episode series takes place in 1977 and follows a group called the Hunters who "have discovered that hundreds of high ranking Nazi officials are living among us and conspiring to create a Fourth Reich in the U.S." and set out to stop them.

The series is a joint venture between Peele's Monkeypaw Productions and Sonar Entertainment. Besides Peele, it's being executive produced by Tom Lesinski, Jenna Santoianni, and Win Rosenfeld.

“When David Weil first shared The Hunt with me, I immediately knew that we had to be involved,” Peele told Deadline. “It’s cathartic. It’s noir. It’s frighteningly relevant. It’s exactly what I want to see on television. I am thrilled to be working with Amazon in bringing this incredible vision to the world.”
