Watch Johnny Depp attempt to solve the murders of Biggie and Tupac in City Of Lies

Johnny Depp is a former LAPD detective investigating the deaths of Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. in City Of Lies. The first trailer for the upcoming movie can be seen above.

City Of Lies is set two decades after the 1997 murders and is based on journalist Randall Sullivan’s book of the same name. Forest Whitaker plays the journalist who teams up with Depp's detective character as they attempt to crack the case. The Brad Furman-directed movie hits theaters on September 7.
