Pete Davidson confirms he and Ariana Grande are engaged

Earlier this month it was reported that Ariana Grande was engaged to SNL comedian Pete Davidson. He appeared on Jimmy Fallon's show on Wednesday night where he confirmed the news for the first time, adding: "It's lit."

Fallon joked to Davidson that he "didn't have to get engaged to Ariana Grande to come on our show." Davidson replied "but I did though" before talking about how lucky he feels. "I feel like I won a contest. Some dude came up to me and was like: 'Yo man, you gave me hope,'" he said. "I didn't know I was that ugly."

Earlier this week Grande announced details of her new studio album Sweetener and shared a new track featuring Nicki Minaj.
