Travis Scott was allegedly supposed to be on Kanye West and Kid Cudi's collaborative album Kids See Ghosts. In a new cover profile with GQ, it was revealed that Travis had sent in a verse to be featured on the album shortly before the deadline at the request of Kanye West.

"Ye and Cudi are calling about Travis's feature for their album," the feature reads. "They needed it ASAP, before the record's deadline. Travis is excited but not ecstatic. He sends the verse but he's not preoccupied by it." The verse never made the album, as the interview explains that Travis is more focused on delivering his highly-anticipated third studio album Astroworld, which is due sometime this year.
