In July, 21 year old Toronto rapper Smoke Dawg was shot and killed outside of a nightclub in his hometown of Toronto. The rapper had completed music before his tragic death, and on Monday, his first posthumous single "No Discussion" was released. The single's music video, filmed before the rapper's passing near his childhood Regent Park housing complex, is streaming above.
The new song features London rapper AJ Tracey and sports production from Murda Beatz, who says other collaborations with Smoke Dawg will be released. “Smokey and I have a couple more joints we’re going to release that will carry on his name and he will continue to be the young legend from Toronto that he is,” Murda Beatz said in a press release.
