Rihanna skipped the VMAs and is having a better time than everyone who’s there

While the majority of the music industry gathered in New York for the 2018 MTV VMAs, Rihanna was about 1,300 miles away. Just as the show was beginning, the pop star posted a video on Instagram and she looked like she was having the time of her life in Cuba. In the video, she dances and twirls to Childish Gambino's "Summertime Magic."

Rihanna and Childish Gambino were recently spotted together in Cuba and are reportedly working on something called Guava Island.
