The end of August is approaching, school is back, and we must all face the reality that summer is over. Spotify is marking the passing of the seasons by sharing some valuable data on what the world has been streaming these past few months and, perhaps unsurprisingly, the answer is Drake.

"In My Feelings" tops Spotify's global list of summer songs 2018 with 393 million streams recorded between June 1 and August 20. In fact, five Scorpion tracks feature in Spotify's top 20 with "God's Plan," "Nice For What," "Nonstop," and the Michael Jackson-featuring "Don't Matter To Me" also proving popular.

Away from Drake, the other repeat appearance on the list is Cardi B. She appears on Maroon 5's "Girls Like You," the second most streamed song of the summer with 293m streams, as well as having her own "I Like It" land at number three (289m streams).

Other tracks rounding out the top 10 include Post Malone's "Better Now," "Lucid Dreams" by Juice WRLD, plus Calvin Harris and Dua Lipa collaboration "One Kiss."
