If you don't know Beabadoobee before watching her new video then you will once it's over. The charmingly lo-fi clip breaks down the process of making "Dance With Me," starting with lonely writing sessions surrounded by posters of The Beatles and Timothée Chalamet in her family home.

Later on the 18-year-old Londoner, who recently released her Patched Up EP via The 1975's Dirty Hit label, steps into the studio to lay down her bedroom pop track before hitting the road in a vintage car for a Wes Anderson-style caper.

Speaking to The FADER via email, Beabadoobee said: "This video literally shows my entire world in under 5 minutes, shot like a behind the scenes documentary where we see my song ‘Dance With Me’ come to life from start to finish. It’s basically an introduction to everything that matters to me...from the places we filmed, to the people starring in it.

"Each location played a huge part in my life, like the real studio I recorded in for months on end, the block of flats I lived in growing up or the lights of Winter Wonderland. I wanted someone watching this to feel as though they just stumbled upon a box of home movies from a girl’s life and watched it all in one go."

Check out the video now. Beabadoobee's Patched Up EP is out now.
