Hush-rap god Deem Spencer is back with a new music video for yo' ass. Today via The FADER, the Queens musician shares the visual for "but" off of his newly-released project Pretty Face. Stream it exclusively up above.
The Morian-directed clip sees Deem roaming around Queens, first giving a faux-performance in an empty lot filled with park benches. After a few shots of our hero posted in a sun-filled crib, we then see him actually performing for a full crowd in Brooklyn as the night time hits.
Speaking to The FADER about the video, director Morian said, “The video shows a day in the life of Deem, in preparation for a D.I.Y. show later on in Brooklyn that evening. It shows the differences between Queens and Brooklyn, one's pace is more relaxed while the other has a faster build up. One thing remains, Deem is on his own time.”
