Surrealist Japanese punk band CHAI have taken the stage (the desk?) to perform for NPR in one of its Tiny Desk Concerts. The four-piece, who toured the States this past summer, performed songs from their 2017 record Pink and this year’s wonderful PUNK — but not before they busted out a synchronised dance to their song “This Is CHAI,” clad in green jumpsuits covered in pom-poms. It’s as chaotic and wonderful as you’d expect. CHAI's PUNK was released on Burger Records earlier this year, and featured the single "Curly Adventure." Watch the video for that track here and watch CHAI’s NPR Tiny Desk Concert below.
