After laying the mix of emotions surrounding his faith, relationships, and more earlier this year on When I Wake Up, Maverick Sabre took the album on the road and started to realize the special connection the fans had to certain songs when he played them acoustically. So he picked five songs with a few band members to record stripped back versions for his new EP.
Speaking via email, Sabre said: "I like to create an environment at a show where the crowd is as much a part of the show as me or the band are. When everyone’s energy is in the same place it’s a powerful thing.”
You can catch Maverick Sabre on tour in the U.S. in January.
