Wavy The Creator's "Three" video packs drama and style in equal measure. The track, which features a guest verse from London's Flohio, tells the story of a romantic misunderstanding involving a couple and another person. Naturally, this is brought to life in the video and we see the pair struggling to maintain an even keel when the element of doubt begins to creep into one of their minds.
Speaking to The FADER via email, Wavy explained more. "This video portrays a very relatable story, a love triangle. Just like a triangle, this story has 3 sides that all connect at some point," she said. "'3' is a love story between a couple and their mutual friend. It tells the tale of a misunderstanding that occurs when one of them believes the other is in love with their best friend. They must convince their partner otherwise by explaining that it is merely platonic."
