NYC-via-Seoul producer and vocalist Yaeji has announced What We Drew 우리가 그려왔던, her first full-length release and follow-up to 2017’s EP2. The mixtape, her debut release for prestigious London label XL Recordings after putting out two EPs on GODMODE, is 12 tracks and features collaborations with Victoria Sin, Shy One, YonYon, G.L.A.M., Lil Fayo, trenchcoat, Sweet Pea, and Nappy Nina.
Alongside the announcement of What We Drew 우리가 그려왔던, Yaeji is releasing “Waking Up Down” and an accompanying animated music video made by Yaeji herself. The album is out April 2, and will be supported by a European and North American tour featuring “an all-new live show featuring dancers, original choreography and new stage production.” Watch “Waking Up Down” above, pre-order Yaeji’s new mixtape here, and see her tour dates below.
