Though he burst into mainstream consciousness last year when his debut album Ghetto Gospel peaked in the top of the Billboard 200, Rod Wave had been building a steady catalogue of pleasantly soulful street music for some years. And, just last year, before his debut dropped, he was still providing fans with loose music to hold onto. One song that slipped through the cracks was a snippet of a track in which he started just about every bar with, “I remember.” Today, for Digital FORT, we get a legit look at the making of the song, which happened while Rod Wave was on his Ghetto Gospel tour.
