The PC Music founder has released his 49-track debut album.

A. G. Cook has released his 49-track album 7G. Arriving via PC Music, 7G clocks in at over two and a half hours and is split into seven discs, each dedicated to a different instrument: ‘Drums’, ‘Guitar’, ‘Supersaw’, ‘Piano’, ‘Nord’, ‘Spoken Word’ and ‘Extreme Vocals’.

Among a vast wealth of new material are a handful of covers, including Cook's take on songs by Blur, Taylor Swift, Charli XCX, The Strokes, The Smashing Pumpkins, and more. Guest vocalists on the project include Caroline Polachek, Tommy Cash, ad Hannah Diamond.Speaking in a press statement, Cook said: “7G is one of the most transparent, reflective and personal albums I could have made.”

7G received its first playback live on Zoom on Tuesday evening including an afterparty with DJ sets from guests Charli XCX, Flume and SOPHIE
