Hear Tame Impala remix Crowded House’s “To the Island”
The track’s original version is set to appear on Crowded House’s forthcoming album Dreams Are Waiting.
After not releasing new music in over a decade, Australian band Crowded House shared a new single, "To the Island," from their forthcoming album Dreamers Are Waiting back in February. Now, Tame Impala's Kevin Parker shared his remix of the track, turning it into a hazy, warped, synth-filed club banger.
Dreamers Are Waiting will serve as Crowded House's first album in 11 years, the follow-up to 2010's Intriguer. Most recently, Parker announced he would be celebrating Tame Impala's debut album Innerspeaker by performing it in its entirety from Wave House recording studios in West Australia.
