Poliça confirm details of new album <i>Madness</i>

Poliça have announced details of a new studio album. The band, fronted by Channy Leaneagh alongside Ryan Olson, Chris Bierden, Ben Ivascu, and Drew Christopherson will release Madness on June 3 via Memphis Industries. "Alive," the first song from the upcoming album, is streaming below.

Speaking about the track in a statement, Leaneagh is quoted as saying: "Bad things happen, the fire goes out; even with the best flammables it stays dark until nothing matters becomes the fire itself."

Madness marks the first POLIÇA release since their fifth album When We Stay Alive dropped two years ago.

Earlier this year Poliça shared "Rotting," a new song that does not feature on Madness. They also announced details of a forthcoming tour of North America. The band will tour throughout June and July, starting in Chicago on June 9. See below for a full run down of dates
