HAIM have implied that Jai Paul may be joining them on some tunes. In an interview with BBC Radio 6 Music’s Lauren Laverne that went live earlier today (August 30), the sisters spoke to the podcast host about their recent performance at All Points East, where they covered the enigmatic U.K. artist’s 2010 “Jasmine.”

When asked by Laverne what the sister’s future plans are, they said they “may or may not have been in the studio with [Paul]“ recently.

The partnership has been a long time coming. In our 2013 cover story with the girl group, HAIM tells Duncan Cooper about their love for Paul. Danielle Haim says she emailed Paul to tell him how much she admired him, adding that it’s not the sort of thing she ever does. He apparently replied positively, complimenting the band in return.
