Westside Gunn has shared And Then You Pray For Me, the sequel to his 2020 LP, Pray For Paris. In an interview with Rolling Stone’s Andre Gee published earlier this week, he called the record “the finale,” his final studio album.
Later in the interview, he clarified that he’ll continue to put out short, off-the-cuff projects whenever the urge strikes. “I’m not sitting down no more trying to be an architect,” he explains. “It’s just like now, if anything, I’ll let shit fly, go back to my traditional ways until I don’t want to do it no more.”
And Then You Pray For Me is a 21-track opus that features WSG’s regular cast of Griselda characters — Conway the Machine, Benny The Butcher, Rome Streetz, Stove God Cooks, et al. — as well as features from JID, Rick Ross, Giggs, Ty Dolla $ign, Denzel Curry, EST Gee, Jeezy, Peezy, and more.
