Harve Pierre is accused of preying on the anonymous plaintiff “on multiple occasions in New York City and other locations throughout the country,” the complaint filed on Tuesday in New York County Supreme Court reads. Pierre is yet to comment on the news of the lawsuit.

The Jane Doe alleges she suffered physical, emotional, and psychological injuries. She is asking for damages that will “fully and fairly compensate” her for her experience.

“Pierre used his position of authority as plaintiff’s boss to groom, exploit, and sexually assault her,” the filing reads. “Pierre engaged in a year-long pattern of grooming plaintiff, leading to sexual harassment of plaintiff, and sexual assault.”

Pierre began work at the label, owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs, in 1993 and was named president in 2008. The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Entertainment, Bad Boy Records, and Combs Enterprises as co-defendants, with accusations of negligence and gender violence leveled at the company. Reps for Diddy and the label are yet to comment.

The suit was filed as a consequence to the Adult Survivors Act, which allows a one-year window for people in New York to bring civil lawsuits alleging sexual abuse past the statute of limitations. The window is due to close on Friday, November 24.

It was the act that led to Cassie accusing Diddy of rape and sex trafficking last week. The former couple settled one day after the lawsuit was filed. Details of the settlement have not been made public at the time of publication.
