In summer 2023, Bobbi Althoff posted an interview with Drake for her show The Really Good Podcast. An effective showcase for her dry humor, the episode was a star-making moment for the already ascendent internet personality. As the interview enjoyed a sustained viral success, it was suddenly pulled offline with no explanation, leading to intense speculation and more than a little bit of sexist backlash directed towards Althoff.
For her new podcast Not This Again, Althoff has secured a second interview with Drake, filmed in an insanely picturesque Swiss hotel at sundown. The two discuss the circumstances surrounding their falling out and the subsequent influence of their interview. "It made people more comfortable to sit down with somebody they've never sat down with before," Drake says at one point. "I feel like we did usher in that idea of like, you can be from two completely different walks of life... the goal is not to be some kind of unavailable dickhead."
In one clip flagged by Complex, Drake and Althoff discuss the persistent rumors of BBL and ab surgery that have hounded Drake. He denies them, though admits that some post-gym photo retouching may have ignited the ab rumors. Watch that below.
