Last night was a real wake-up call for me. I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough. It honestly scared me. Hotties I wanna be real with y’all because you mean everything to me and I hate letting yall down 🥺 I just need one day to rest, reset, and take care of myself the way I should have been..I’ll be right back on that stage Thursday, stronger, clearer, and ready to give you 100% the way you deserve. (11:01 a.m. EST April 1, 2026): Megan Thee Stallion has been hospitalized in New York City after falling "very ill" during a performance of Moulin Rouge! The Musical Tuesday night, March 31. Reps for the artist promised additional updates as more information became known.

Last night, Megan's friend and hairstylist Kellon Deryck posted in part, "we are all at the hospital." Per a TMZ report this morning, FDNY arrived at Al Hirschfeld Theatre in response to a person having trouble breathing.

The health scare comes just one week into Megan's Broadway debut playing Zidler in the long-running musical, which is currently in its final season. Unsurprisingly, Megan will not perform at either of today's (April 1) shows, per the Moulin Rouge! website.

The show was set to run for eight weeks from March 24 to July 26, though how the musical may proceed is currently unclear.
