Freeload: Now, Now Every Children, “Everyone You Know”

April 10, 2009

We were looking outside our window at the sun cresting over the Empire State Building (we're ballers like that) [Editor's note: HA!], very much longing for summer and an Italian ice, when this sweet pop song came on with the "I'm running across a field" guitars, and it just felt right. Now, Now Every Children are two friends from Blaine, Minnesota (we know!) who apparently have seen all the same movies we have. We like to think the chorus of "So go if you want to..." is less "Kick rocks, ponyboy" and more "Do your thing, ma." We will forgive them for putting a comma in their band name and screwing up our tags game.
