Our Issue 42 release party went down in Billybags last night and it was crazily, messily major. Mavado managed to miss three flights from Jamaica (or whatever) but the vibes were good anyway, there was Bud Select flowing like wine, Taka on the wheels and no band ever (ever!) is more up for a beautiful mess than the mighty Vietnam, who were introduced by an aspiring wrestler, opened with our jam "The Priest, The Poet and The Pig" and didn't stop until the power blowout stopped them and that was that. Living the dream! Between the Social Registry 12-inches and the Kemado album, 'Nam has jams for days coming down the pipeline and all of it - all of it! - is crazy. Photos galore after the jump.
