Just hours before they were due to fly over to Europe (during the day, no less! HAR!) for their very first dates on that other side of the Atlantic, the good dudes of Vampire Weekend were kind enough to play a free in-store breakfast show at Other Music. There were bagels and turnover and coffee galore. Ezra Koenig look-a-like Demetri Martin was in attendance as was a very chic Peter sans partners in crime, Bjorn and John. So, the Vampires burned through six of their sweet, sweet tunes and no one was yawning, just tapping their toes. We officialy don't hate breakfast anymore!
