Maluca, “El Tigeraso (Sticky K RMX)” MP3

Ms. Maluca Mala, FADER #62 cover artist, has been pwning dancefloors with her brand of provocative party jams and band of toughass backup dancers. She is also maybe the most adroit simultaneous vocalist/cowbell player/dancer ever. “El Tigeraso” is the first hit, a cheeky speed merengue side-eye to those random dudes all tryna wife you when you walk down the street (if you live in Brooklyn and are a girl, you know what she’s talking about). Though it’s been in our minds and hearts for a few months, her label Mad Decent finally dropped the single this week with a mini cornucopia of remixes—this one’s by up and coming SF producer/DJ Sticky K (whose gig this weekend, coincidentally, you can win tickets to here) and jacks up the brick-crushing rave factor by like 28 decibels. In the new wave of hybrid, digitized Latin tunes currently surging across the world, nobody reps NY like our fave Dominican badgirl wielding a mic.

Jack Beats, “Get Down (VIP Edit)” MP3 / SF: Win Jack Beats Tix

London club bandits Jack Beats just dropped their UFO EP yesterday and to celebrate, they’re going on tour with a smattering of dates on the West Coast this weekend. “Get Down” is the flashy, heavily adorned house single from that track, replete with fantasy crystal bells and wobble synths that may possibly break your brain with the maximalism right after you dance your face off. Phew, somebody get us an angioplasty! We’re dying for these dudes to hit New York (October 10 with Major Lazer, Crookers and Rusko, which is also going to be the day that we finally end up killing ourselves raving). Until then, they’re making their San Francisco debut with our Dubsided fave Sticky K, and as ever we got the hook-up on tickets. If you’re tryna win that, and you should (try), email jackbeats@hacksawent.com, write THE FADER in the subject line, and tell them your best story about almost raving yourself to an early end. For everybody else in SF, flyer and details after the jump!

Exclusive: Sticky K, “Sweet n’ Sticky Summer Mix” MP3

Bay Area producer/DJ Sticky K whipped up this mix of his hottest remixes and original tracks especially for us—a healthy sampling of his mastery of synths you can bite into, and the kind of creative drummy reworking that landed him a coveted spot in Switch’s heart (and on his label). This mix includes his take on Major Lazer, Crookers, Larry Tee and Drop the lime, plus his own tracks—the single “Bandari Funk” has had a crucial spot in our workouts as of late, and he recently broke down the Persian origins of Bandari (and his cheeky reference to it) over at Generation Bass. On the “Sweet n’ Sticky” mix though, the historical falls away for the purely visceral, house crunches whipping into a heavy bass frenzy. Tracklist after the jump.

Exclusive Freeload: Sticky K, “Bandari Funk” MP3

This monster synth assault comes courtesy of California producer Sticky K, newly signed to Switch’s Dubsided label for obvious reasons: in this track, dude hits drum patterns in the crosshair like he’s wielding a taser to our minds and/or been hanging out with some Italian powerhouse (oh wait, he has!), twitching the rhythm like this is the last night we will ever dance before the zombie apocalypse. More fire! Oh yes there is more, dude has an EP and assortment of banging remixes across the internetscape.

Update! Track was allergic to the free internet! MP3 badman cometh! Instead you need to go buy it because it is really good.
