Last night Queens of the Stone Age devirginized the stage at new venue the Box for the New York City segment of Zune's six city release party. Looking like they'd just been exhumed from either the gutter or a month long residency at the back booth of a bar, Josh Homme and crew raged through an hour of superior rock. Along with expected horn-throwers "No One Knows" and "Burn the Witch," QOTSA pulled out SCUDs from their back catalog like "The Lost Art of Keeping a Secret" and "Regular John." It was a total mission from Operation Gnarly and we were just happy to be along for the death ride.
