Not long after we arrived at Max B's apartment for this interview, his assistant Joli O'Wave told us that earlier in the day they'd received an eviction notice due to continued noise complaints. If they don't appear concerned, it's because the apartment is one of four Max owns in the building. It also happens to be the one where he does all of his recording, which is a lot. We also did a lot of recording and had to split the interview into two parts — Part II coming tomorrow. In between recording for an upcoming tape with Big Mike ( for which Beanie Sigel appeared later in the evening), Max breaks down his lifestyle (wavy), the music he puts out (wavy) and what he uses to record (Waves).
