Since putting them in our new summer music issue, we've been keeping frequent tabs on LA's Foreign Born and its many jamming tendrils, including the dreamy Glasser and now Fool's Gold—principally Foreign Born's Lewis Pesacov along with Luke Top and many, many others—extract the the flecks of Afro-pop from FB and make it the whole thing. IAMSOUND just put up this song from the collective's self-titled album, due September 29th, and it is yet another reason to believe Los Angeles is finally coming to terms with always being sunny and near the ocean and might as well give up trying to be bummed out.
