NYC: Dancehall Benefit for Haiti Tonight

February 05, 2010

You know what time it is. We cannot stop donating. It's our duty in humanity. But if you want to switch up your Medecins sans Frontieres game, tonight's benefit at Santo's is where you want to be. Headlining is Rosemond Jolissaint, an incredibly evocative Haitian singer/guitarist who started his career at a very young age, and has now blossomed into an award-winning 18-year-old star. Plus there will be a laundry list of some of our favorite riddim dudes in the city. And if you are super nice, we are sure FADER contributor/Ghetto Palms columnist Eddie "Stats" Houghton will play only the best dancehall classics, including this one. Full flyer and more info after the jump.
