Open Bar With Suckers

June 18, 2010

Our bros in Suckers came through Heathers this week to play an open bar/open door stripped-down set for a crowd of the East Village's most beloved weirdos. It was around 4pm, just after school had gotten out, and our audience quickly became a group of middle school boys who were probably more interested in beating each other with a parking cone than listening to the music. Guest videographer Amy Von Harrington helped out and made super strong margaritas with cayenne pepper on the rim. "Black Sheep" and "Martha" (after the jump) are on the new album, Wild Smile, which came out this month. And if you want to hear more where that came from, they'll be playing their record release party at Music Hall of Williamsburg TONIGHT, Friday June 18.
