Is this a song about Lindsay Lohan's legal troubles? Did that press conference ever happen? We tuned into TMZ to try to catch it live (very important), but it was just the back of some dude's head and then some other guy in a suit milling around. In lieu of actual details about that—beyond the fact that she is going to jail for 90 days—we'd rather just take this song at face value and not connect it to the dubious choices of fallen celebrities. So: Night Gallery's "Constant Struggle" has touches of Depeche Mode's darker pop moments (yeah, yeah that's in the press release, but it's totally true)—being so lonely and misunderstood that you may as well be floating in space. It's pure isolation condensed into 4:27 of catchy solemnity. Look out for the full album, Constant Struggle, on Rainbow Body Records August 10th.
