It's impossible to know what's going on here. It's as if they gave a mosquito a tiny camera and told him to buzz around and film. Tiny bit of a Misfits shirt, bass strings, saturated American flag. You can hear the drums ripping in hyperspeed but good look seeing them. Which, we think, is how Trash Talk would like their music to sound—disorienting and really raw. Their great, short, self-released new album, Eyes and Nines, is out now.
