Every Thursday, FADER style intern Stephanie Osei asks employees and employers at our favorite shops around the world what their most cherished in-store item is at that exact moment. This week, we caught up with Leeds' Kiosk 78.

Damon, Kiosk 78:
Nom De Guerre are always partial to a military styled shirt and this piece from their current Countdown to Violence collection is one of the best examples we've seen for a couple of seasons now. The good thing about this shirt is that it can pull off both a smart look when worn on its, own and a casual look when worn as an overshirt with a tee underneath. As always, the quality is on point, constructed in Japan with refined detailing like shoulder vents, a detachable throat tab and adjustable buttons midway down the back of the shirt.
