The coming intra-Animal Collective solo album war is heating up! You may recall Avey Tare's video premiere last week. Well, not to be outdone, Panda Bear has fired back with the unveiling of a preview of his upcoming single, "You Can Count On Me," at Amazon. The tension is palpable, and though it's tough to tell which of the two will come out on top, one thing's for sure: in this war, we're all going to be winners. (Sidenote: apologies for the rumormongering; there aren't a ton of ways to sell a pair of 30-second fragments of songs you'll be able to hear in full next week. For what it's worth, they both sound pretty good. And hey, it could happen.)
