The Twilight Singers, vehicle for former Afghan Whigs singer Greg Dulli, have a new album on Sub Pop and it feels lame to listen to it while not wearing a black suit. Favorite track: "On the Corner," where over a thin drum machine and morbid piano he blurts, Lick your lips/ Desire! . Somewhere, Dulli and Quentin Tarantino are watching Russ Meyer films and taking shots from a flask and god bless them for it.
