30 Works by Five Cuban Artists

May 23, 2011

The Marlborough Gallery has pulled together some 30 works from five Cuban artists for their new show, Living in Havana, which opened last Thursday night in Chelsea. Importing art from a country that's famously been culturally and geographically blacklisted by the U.S. was no small feat for the gallery, but they've assembled some great pieces from Abel Barroso, Roberto Diago, Kcho, William Pérez, and Ernesto Rancaño, all of whom live and work in Havana.
