These days, when you hear about Panda Bear getting on a song that is not an Animal Collective song and not a Panda Bear song, it's usually him doing crazy hypnotic mantras over a Pantha du Prince or Zomby song. Here, he takes on Korallreven’s excellent "As Young as Yesterday," but stays away from the mic, instead going for a new-age stomper that warps into a much darker piece of music midway through. The remix comes from a Korallreven 12-inch on Acéphale that features the original version of this song, a remix from Girl Unit (sure) and another track called "The Final Fantasy."
