Recently, 100% Silk has been playing a musical chairs game of sorts in which various members of its roster pair up to release collaborative 12-inches. Next up is a slab of vinyl from Tokyo's Hiramatsu Kinuko, who makes lounge-y, lo-fi pop under the name Sapphire Slows, and Mi Ami Drummer Damon Palermo, who's been branching out to make snappy-sounding house music under solo moniker Magic Touch. "Just Wanna Feel," the A-Side, sounds about like what you could expect from such a pairing, although Kinuko's voice sounds surprisingly Kate Bush-like now that it's been lifted from the rhetorical swamp. The record, which has another song called "When I See You" on the flip, includes bonus edits by ICUBE and Magic Touch and is out November 13th.
