Last night, following Tuesday's event in San Francisco, Motorola, SOL REPUBLIC, and FADER kept the celebration rolling at WIP, a graffiti-covered basement lounge in Lower Manhattan. To commemorate the release of the new Tracks AIR headphones, New Jersey tastemaker DJ Sliink played a set of rousing club bangers using the headphones, and a lucky few guests who tweeted using the #TracksAir hashtag won their own pair. While imbibing Cabbie Black Ales, a tasty limited-edition brew from Newcastle, we posed in the photo booth, stretched out on the club's couches, and bounced around to DJ Sliink's three-hour-long fusion of percussive hip hop and exuburant dance tracks. By the time he wrapped things up, we kind of wished he would stay for three more.
